Aisling B a is born on on 16 March, 1984, in Kildare Ireland. She appeared with Stephen Fry on QI. Aisling O'Sullivan, also known by the stage name Aisling Bea (born on 16 March 1984) is an Irish actor, writer and stand-up comic. Bea began her stand-up show in 2011after having appeared in bits in several Irish TV shows as well as British series since 2009. Bea began performing frequently on sketch comedy shows and sitcoms in 2012. After her victory during the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was scheduled for a range of panel programs. Between 2016 and 2017 she was a member of 8 Out of 10 Cats Team, in addition to being a performer on the 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown spinoff. She was born to Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan and has a sister who is named Sinead. The only female to win So You Think You're Funny in 2012. Bea the name she was given as her maiden name, pays tribute to her dad who died in the year 2000. Aisling Cliodhnadh'Sullivan' was born in Kildare town County Kildare on 16 March 1984. Bea's father Brian is an equine veterinarian who took his own life at the age of three. Bea didn't learn how her father passed away until she turned thirteen. In 2017, she wrote an essay for The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family. She also took on the stage name Bea in tribute. Bea (and her sister Sinead) were brought up in a home by Helen Moloney, a teacher and jockey trainer who was a professional jockey. Their family was obsessed with horses and race meetings. Bea was initially tourist guides for the Irish National Stud. But she soon realized that her love was performing and not racing.
